HILS Guitars NAMM 2026 GIVEAWAY RULES
OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility
The HILS Guitars NAMM 2026 Giveaway (the "Campaign") is open only to those who enter by following the steps described in Section 4. The Campaign is open to those who are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required to create an Instagram account in their jurisdiction), provided they are physically present at the NAMM Show 2026. Employees of Gio Music Co., Ltd. (dba HILS Guitars), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the "Employees"), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Campaign. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. Agreement to Rules
By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of HILS Guitars as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.
3. Campaign Period
Entries will be accepted starting on Thursday, January 22, 2026 at 10:00 AM PST (when the NAMM Show 2026 floor opens) and ending on Saturday, January 24, 2026 at 12:00 PM (Noon) PST, or when 300 eligible entries have been received, whichever occurs first. The Campaign is limited to the first 300 applicants.
4. How to Enter
The Campaign must be entered by completing all of the following steps:
- Visit: Visit the HILS Guitars booth (number 4235, Hall D) at the NAMM Show 2026.
- Instagram Action: Follow @hilsguitars, "Like" the official giveaway post, and tag one (1) friend in the comments of that post.
- Post: Create a new post on your own Instagram Feed showing the HILS Guitars booth or any HILS guitar/bass displayed. (Note: Instagram Stories are not eligible as they disappear after 24 hours and cannot be verified). Tag @hilsguitars in the post and use any the following hashtags: #HILS, #HILSGuitars, #HILSGiveaway.
- Submit: Fill out the official Google Form provided at the booth (or via QR code), providing your Instagram Account ID and a direct link to your post.
The entry must fulfill all Campaign requirements to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of HILS Guitars.
- Limitations: You may enter only once. You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple accounts, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.
5. Prizes
The Winner(s) of the Campaign (the "Winner") will receive:
- 1st Place (2 Winners): One (1) winner will receive a HILS Guitar (ARV $600), and One (1) winner will receive a HILS Bass (ARV $600).
- 2nd Place (5 Winners): One (1) HILS T-Shirt each (ARV $30).
- 3rd Place (10 Winners): One (1) HILS Can Badge each (ARV $10).
- Participation Prize (All Entrants): One (1) HILS Sticker (ARV $1).
The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by HILS Guitars. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at HILS Guitars's discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner.
PRIZE CLAIM CONDITION: Winners must pick up their prize in person at the HILS Guitars booth between 3:00 PM and 4:30 PM on the Saturday of the show before the floor closes. Prizes will not be shipped, mailed, or delivered to winners under any circumstances. If the Winner fails to pick up the prize by 4:30 PM on that Saturday, the prize will be forfeited, and no alternate winner will be selected.
6. Odds
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received, up to a maximum of 300.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of HILS Guitars. The drawing will take place on Saturday of the show between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM. If the maximum of 300 eligible entries is reached before the scheduled end time, HILS Guitars reserves the right to conduct the drawing earlier.
Winners will be announced via an Instagram Post and notified via Instagram Direct Message (DM) immediately following the drawing. HILS Guitars shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to security settings, privacy settings, disabled push notifications, the message landing in a "Message Request" or "Hidden Requests" folder, platform-imposed message filtering, or for Winner’s provision of incorrect, suspended, or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
8. Rights Granted by You
By entering this contest, You understand and agree that HILS Guitars, anyone acting on behalf of HILS Guitars, and HILS Guitars’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry (post) for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes. Any additional video content (such as acceptance videos) will be created and shared only at the mutual discretion of the Winner and HILS Guitars.
9. Terms & Conditions
HILS Guitars reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond HILS Guitars’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Campaign. In such case, HILS Guitars may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by HILS Guitars.
10. Limitation of Liability
By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Gio Music Co., Ltd. (dba HILS Guitars) and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from:
- Participation & Prize Use: Such entrant’s participation in the Campaign and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof;
- Technical Failures: Technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment;
- Connectivity Issues: The unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service;
- Human Intervention: Unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Campaign;
- Administrative Errors: Electronic or human error in the administration of the Campaign or the processing of entries;
- Force Majeure: Any events beyond the control of the Sponsor, including but not limited to the cancellation of the NAMM Show, fire, flood, earthquake, or other natural disasters.
11. Disputes
THIS Campaign IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF The United States AND California, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES.
12. Privacy Policy
Gio Music Co., Ltd. collects personal information (specifically, your Instagram Account ID) solely for the purpose of administering this Campaign and contacting the Winner. This information will not be sold, shared with third parties, or used for unrelated marketing purposes without your express consent. By entering, You agree to this collection and use.
13. Sponsor
The Sponsor of the Campaign is Gio Music Co., Ltd. (19, Bangchuk-ro 37beon-gil, Dong-gu, Incheon, Rep. of Korea).
14. Platform Disclaimer
This Campaign is hosted by Gio Music Co., Ltd. (dba HILS Guitars) and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, or YouTube.
